Australia Announced the Squad for Women’s T20 World Cup 2024

Australia, the six-time champions, have announced their squad for the upcoming ICC Women’s T20 World Cup. The 15-player team, set for October’s event, contains no major surprises.

Following the retirement of former captain Meg Lanning last year, opener Alyssa Healy will take on the role of captain, with all-rounder Tahlia McGrath named as vice-captain. Australia is placed in Group A at the Women’s T20 World Cup in the UAE, where they compete against India, New Zealand, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka. For more information:
